ABOUT TAY TECK SZE
Teck Sze has more than 20 years of IT experience primarily focus in storage, data availability and data protection area with a wide hands-on knowledge in various technology such as ARCserve, DELL-EMC, Commvault, FalconStor, Hitachi Vantara, HPE, IBM, VERITAS and VMware. He had worked in distributor, system integrator and vendor organization during his career, taking up various roles ranging from pre-sales, deployment, post-sales support engineer to leadership position.
Prior to joining Veeam, Teck Sze was with Hitachi Vantara as pre-sales consultant with a covering the local FSI sector in Singapore. During his tenure in Hitachi Vantara, he had won couple of major projects in local banks and contributed to the success of the organization. Because of his exposure in various roles in IT delivery and hands-on knowledge working with various technology, Teck Sze is able to provide a holistic advice to his partners and clients and become their trusted advisor.
As part of the systems engineer organization in SEAK, the focus of this role is to acquire and expand enterprise accounts footprint as many APAC organizations are based there. In turn, these could influence the mindshare and awareness of Veeam’s value in the SEAK.
