Natalie Sit is the face and the heartbeat of Acestar Sdn. Bhd. Her story of humble beginnings, hard work, rejection, determination, and success, are factors that made who she is
today. Being born and raised in lpoh, where her parents were a noodle stall owner, has taught her the harshness of life. Without any tertiary education, she worked hard to achieve what she had achieved today. She is a person who does not shy to get her hands dirty and leave nothing to chance without giving it a go, nor bowing down to shortcuts so as to attain her goals or her desired end results.

Five years ago she met her life and business mentor Tony Robbins and it has changed her life since then. She strongly believes that constant and never ending learning is the key to development, where she invests on educating and empowering her clientele and staffs on solutions, so when it comes to Acestar’s product and services, both ends make the right decisions. With her leadership, she has built a unique working culture and dedicated team “Acestarian” with the motto “Work with Passion” and it has become team brand. With her core believe of “Grow and Give”, Natalie always look to give back to the community that has provided her the opportunity to growth. She believes success in business is not the end of a journey and it should also leverage on business platform to massively serve the society. Since 2016, she had invested part of their profit into the Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) Championship Malaysia, that is now running consecutively for five years, which is also part of their CSR programme. Through this event, Natalie is passionate on encouraging and motivating the younger generation to find their life meaning and purpose via speech and activities.

Natalie is the founder of Creative Cloud Community (CCC).
CCC is an established platform for creative users to share, serve, learn and grow together. She has hosted talk show with renowned speakers from all over the world. Currently CCC has more than 4000 members. Natalie has acquired several accolades in recent years, such as the Enterprise 50 (E50) Award 2019, The 10 years Star SOBA Outstanding Business Awards for Growth Excellence & Most Awards Won, McMillan Woods Global Awards 2018, EY Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) 2018 Top Nominee, SME Platinum Business Awards 2018 Employer Excellence Award, SME & Entrepreneurship Business Award 2017, The Star SOBA 2016 Female Entrepreneur of the Year, The Star SOBA 2016 Best Employer of the Year Silver Award, Platinum Business Award 2016 Services Excellent Award, are some of the awards that makes her a force to be reckon with in the business world.
